The Farber Center for Radiation Oncology
After being diagnosed, I was fearful and did not know what to expect going forward. My first visit to the Farber Center definitely eased my fears. The first words I heard from Vivian at the front desk were, “don’t worry, we will take care of you.” And they fulfilled that promise. The center has a very homey feeling. The first thing I was asked was whether I would like to have a cup of coffe or hot chocolate. I had never experienced this before. I had grown familiar to being asked for my insurance coverage upon visiting any other medical facility. Then I met Dr Marnee Spierer, with her warm, personable and caring demeanor. I could not have asked for a better first visit with a Doctor. Dr Spierer is so “down to earth”. My weekly visits with her brought me so much inspiration and hope. I looked forward to hear the clattering heels walking towards the examination room…..the heels of My dear Dr. Sperier. My sincere thanks to the entire staff at the Farber Center. You guys are simply marvelous.
